<p>The present invention relates to a technique for outputting an accurate comparison result without an effect due to surrounding noises by adding an error output voltage removing part of a simple configuration to the output terminal of a comparator. For this, the output terminal of a comparator (310) is connected to an error output voltage removing part (320) having a charge/discharge part (321), a current mirror part (322), a comparison voltage output part (324). The error output voltage removing part (320) removes the voltage of a part generated by noise among the output voltage of the comparator (310).
