<p>The present invention relates to a preflux composition for forming a coating layer on the surface of copper and a copper alloy, which is a surface treatment composition having excellent corrosion resistance, capable of preventing metals from being rusted, through a coating layer formed on the surface of copper and a copper alloy since the surface treatment composition has excellent thermal resistance for forming a coating layer on the surface of copper or a copper alloy, exposed to the atmosphere, of electronic products such as communication devices, comprises 0.2-1.5 w% of an imidazole compound represented by chemical formula 1, 8-25 w% of a low grade organic acid, 0.05-0.5 w% of the metal compound, 2-15 w% of an organic solvent, 0.05-0.3 w% of a surfactant, and the remainder being water, and has a pH of 2.5-3.0 and an solution temperature of 45-60 degrees of Celsius.</p> |
