<p>An electric and solar powered vulcanizing device which can either be operated using 12 volts battery, assisted and charged by solar panel for Direct Current (DC) vulcanizing during power failure or 220 volts power source for Alternating Current (AC) vulcanizing for repairing small tire tubes of a motorcycle, bicycle and other small vehicles. Said device comprising a frame; a battery carrier unit securely fastened to the middle portion of said frame; a panel frame pivotably mounted to the upper part of said frame; a pair of solar panel securedly fastened to said panel frame; a center post wherein the lower end is securedly mounted to the middle top part of said frame; a DC clamp attachment and AC clamp attachment welded at the upper portion of said center post; a DC C-clamp assembly provided with a DC presser screw, a DC heater plate, a DC heating element, and a DC mounting plate for 12 volts direct current (DC) vulcanizing welded to the DC clamp attachment; an AC C-clamp assembly provided with AC presser screw, an AC heater plate, an AC heating element, and an AC mounting plate for 220 volts alternating current (AC) vulcanizing welded to the AC clamp attachment; and a handle welded to the upper end of said center post.</p> |
