Disclosed is a system for issuing an electronic receipt comprising an electronic receipt issuing server including: a mobile communication terminal to transmit an electronic receipt issuing subject join request message and an electronic receipt issuing request message containing a payment acceptance message, mobile communication terminal identification information, and location information; an authentication unit to receive the electronic receipt issuing subject join request message and to authorize whether to join an electronic receipt issuing subject; a receiver to receive the payment acceptance message, the mobile communication terminal identification information, and the location information; a parsing unit to extract receipt generation information by parsing a received payment authorization message; a searching/matching unit to confirm a searched operator as an electronic receipt issuing operator corresponding to the electronic receipt issuing request message by searching an operator DB for an operator corresponding to the location information and operator information contained in the receipt generation information; an electronic receipt generator to generate an electronic receipt wherein the electronic receipt issuing operator is an issuing main agent, and a customer corresponding to the mobile communication terminal identification information is an issuing target; and a transmitter to transmit a generated electronic receipt to the terminal of an electronic receipt receiver. |
