<p>The present invention discloses an optical encoder, which comprises: a light receiving element converting light energy projected from a pattern formed on a scale into an electric signal; an analog unit processing an analog signal output from the light receiving element; and a digital unit converting the analog signal output from the analog unit into a digital signal. The light receiving element, the analog unit, and the digital unit are sequentially arranged in a first direction, thereby preventing noise from being generated. The optical encoder achieves compactness and prevents noise from being generated.</p> |
