<p>The present invention relates to a forced driving device of a reciprocating air motor for a painting equipment and, more specifically, relates to a device to forcibly drive an air motor when an air intake pipe is closed due to a neutral state of a piston valve or a condensation problem caused by long term usage. The forced driving device for an air motor (100) comprises: an inlet (56) formed on one side of a piston valve housing (9); a housing plug (16) coupled to both side surfaces of the piston valve housing (9) having an outlet (55); a connection hose (53) to connect the inlet (56) of the piston valve housing (9) and the outlet (55) of the housing plug (16); and a valve (51) coupled to the connection hose (53) to turn on and off the air flow of the connection hose. When the air motor completely stops due to a condensation problem during painting work or the maintenance of a neutral state of the piston valve, high viscosity paint is not removed from a high pressure pump and is hardened in a high pressure pump; thereby discarding the painting equipment. However, the present invention minimizes damage to the painting equipment by removing the paint existed in the high pressure pump while temporarily driving the air motor using a forced driving device.</p> |
