The bicycle has a rechargeable battery module (5) that is inserted into front end or rear end of cross bar (1). The battery module is coupled with lamp module (5') through connector. A locking element is provided at lamp module and is engaged with recess of cross bar. A safety lock is provided at steering head (4) of cross bar.
