摘要 The present invention relates to a wheel driving device and a wheel driving method for a hybrid construction machine, particularly, a hybrid wheel loader. The wheel driving device drives a low-speed motor during low-speed driving and drives a high-speed motor during high-speed driving by turning a clutch on or off during low-speed driving or high-speed driving by means of a control unit and a transmission comprising the low-speed motor having a small capacity, the high-speed motor, and the clutch, which are respectively provided at all wheels in the construction machine having the wheels, thereby reducing manufacturing costs of the wheel driving device, improving fuel efficiency of the construction machine, reducing wear of tires mounted on the wheels, improving durability of tires, and ensuring running stability.
