Producing unpeeled hard-boiled eggs conditioned in trays, comprises cooking (S2) fresh eggs in order to obtain cooked eggs, cooling (S3) the cooked eggs in order to obtain hard-boiled eggs, supplying (S5) the trays and conditioning (S4) the eggs using the trays. Independent claims are included for: (1) a tray sealed unpeeled hard-boiled egg; and (2) an installation for producing and conditioning unpeeled hard-boiled eggs comprising a unit for supplying fresh eggs, a unit for cooking the fresh eggs, a unit for cooling the cooked eggs, and a unit for supplying the tray, and a unit for conditioning the eggs using the tray. |
