The present invention relates to a freeze-drying powder of fish scale collagen with an edible plan extract solution, including 100 parts by weight of fish scale collagen powders; 75 parts by weight of edible plant extracts made by extracting an edible plant mixture with use of a solvent and by concentrating the same under reduced pressure wherein the edible plant mixture consists of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus, Phragmitis Rhizoma, quince, cherry, seeds of grape and rice bran; and edible plant extract solutions made by melting a composition consisting of 25-100 parts by weight of dextrin with a purified water and by drying the same.
