The present invention relates to a generator cooling system which passes a fuel electrode exhaust gas through a WGS reactor, a PSA adsorption column, and a membrane separator to generate hydrogen, highly purifies the fuel electrode exhaust gas, and supplies the refined fuel electrode exhaust gas to a generator through a hydrogen supply pipe to start cooling the generator.
