<p>A manufacturing method of tangerine beverage powder is provided. Specifically, provided is a manufacturing method of tangerine beverage powder, which comprises the steps of: preparing a tangerine beverage solution for adding a drying assistant to a solution containing tangerine juice; and forming tangerine beverage powder by using a spray dryer, and spraying and drying the tangerine beverage solution. According to the present invention, optimal tangerine beverage powder can be manufactured with a simple process using a manufacturing method of tangerine beverage powder, thereby reducing production costs. In addition, according to the present invention, tangerine beverage powder as a form of powder with excellent distribution and storage capability can be applied to various products as a raw material of secondary processed production.</p> |
