<p>The present invention relates to a multifunctional exercise apparatus which, particularly, provides stability to a user during exercise and enables the user to perform multiple exercises through the exercise apparatus. The exercise apparatus includes: pivoting bars which are installed on both sides of a body in a vertical direction to be rotated; a foothold which is installed on and upper part of the body, and linked with the pivoting bars to rotate in a horizontal direction; and fixation bars which are fixated and installed on the both sides of the body, and are joined with grip parts which perform forward and backward movements on an upper end part thereof. The pivot bar comprises a plurality of link joints which are linked with one another. Each link joint is joined with the grip part or a side of the fixation bar to be rotated. Therefore, the foothold rotates in the horizontal direction when the grip part performs forward and backward movements.</p> |
