The present invention relates to a device to cut a sidewalk block capable of cutting a portion of a sidewalk block in a straight line or an arc shape, and enabling everyone to accurately perform a cutting work having excellent quality regardless of operational skills. According to the present invention, the device to cut a sidewalk block basically comprises: a workbench where a workpiece is placed and supported when the workpiece is cut in the straight line or the arc shape; a block fixing unit capable of sliding a predetermined distance from one side to the other side of the workbench, and pressurizing the workpiece placed on a temporary position on the workbench towards the workbench to be fixated at a temporary position when the workpiece is cut in the arc shape; a swing unit installed in the other side of the workbench; and a main body unit mounted on the workbench through the swing unit to enable a cutting blade to vertically be moved close or away from the workbench. Among the above, the main body unit horizontally swings or linearly moves on the workbench in accordance with the operation of the swing unit.
