The present invention relates to technology, which implements a white lighting emitting diode with use of quantum dot and, more specifically, a silica particle including quantum dot for improving thermal stability wherein the thermal stability is a weak point of an existing quantum dot light emitting diode, a light emitting polymer film including the silica particle, a white LED diode including the light emitting polymer film and a manufacturing method thereof.
