The present invention relates to a method for predicting a change in user characteristics using EEG data. The method for predicting a change in user characteristics using EEG data according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of providing a transcranial current stimulation (tCS) database on which EEG change data for a plurality of subjects which indicate changes in EEG data of the subjects according to tCS and are classified by subject characteristics are stored; a step of acquiring the EEG data of a user; a step of extracting the EEG change data of a subject having characteristics corresponding to user characteristics derived from the EEG data of the user and/or user characteristics which can be acquired from the user from the tCS database; and a step of predicting a change in user characteristics by considering the extracted EEG change data if the tCS is applied to the user.
