Method for producing a laterally structured layer, more particularly a phosphor lamina (1), comprising the following steps: - providing a carrier (2) having a first electrically conductive layer (21) at a carrier top side (20), - applying an insulation layer (23) to the first electrically conductive layer (21) and a second electrically conductive layer (22) to the insulation layer (23), - applying an etching mask (3) to the second electrically conductive layer (22) and structuring said etching mask, - etching the second electrically conductive layer (22) and the insulation layer (23), wherein the first electrically conductive layer (21) is maintained as a continuous layer, - applying a voltage to the first electrically conductive layer (21) and electrophoretically coating the first electrically conductive layer (21) with a first material (4), and - applying a voltage to the second electrically conductive layer (22) and electrophoretically coating the second electrically conductive layer (22) with a second material (5). |
