This electronic apparatus unit is provided with: an electronic apparatus, wherein a suction port (13) is formed in a bottom surface (11b) of a main body housing (11) having an electronic component housed therein, and the inside of the main body housing (11) is cooled by introducing air to the inside of the main body housing (11) through the suction port (13); and a battery pack (20) attached to the main body housing (11) in a state wherein a part of an extending region area of the suction port (13) is covered with a battery case (21). A surrounding wall section (14) is provided on the bottom surface (11b) of the main body housing (11) such that a ventilation region that is provided with the suction port (13) is surrounded and a portion facing the ventilation region is opened, and the battery case (21) is attached to the main body housing (11) via an protruding end portion of the surrounding wall section (14).
