The purpose of the present invention is to, when at least two advertisements on a webpage are sequentially displayed to follow scrolling, distinctly show the switching from one advertisement to the next, thereby improving the advertisement effect of not only the first advertisement but also the succeeding other advertisements. In order to achieve this purpose, there is provided an information processing device for controlling the display of a webpage having advertisement frames in which an advertisement is displayed, said advertisement frames including at least a first advertisement frame and a second advertisement frame disposed below the first advertisement frame, wherein: the first advertisement frame is caused to follow scrolling when a display reference point in the webpage display frame of the browser reaches a first follow start point for the first advertisement frame as a result of scrolling the webpage within the webpage display frame; and the second advertisement frame is caused to follow scrolling when the display reference point reaches a second follow start point for the second advertisement frame after the first advertisement frame is stopped from following. |
