<p>Disclosed herein are systems and methods for embedding, encoding, decoding, communicating and transmitting data embedded within an image or video. In an aspect, the data embedded image or video cannot be differentiated from the original image or video by the human eye. Also, unlike watermarking, the systems and methods disclosed herein allow for the recovery of hidden data within an image or video from a camera captured image. Furthermore, in an aspect, the systems and methods disclosed can utilize waveform modulation techniques and pattern recognition-based demodulation techniques to overcome challenges such as perspective distortion associated with a camera captured image.</p> |
