<p>A device and method of operation thereof, used for aiding in psychological or physiological training, the device comprising a sound sensor (201), a signal processing system, a data memory (206), a counting algorithm module (205), a wireless transmission module (207), and a terminal display device (208). During operation, the sound sensor (201) is aligned with a test subject's lung region and senses a vibration signal; the vibration signal passes through a signal amplifier (202), a filter (203), and a digital/analog converter (204) to become a digital signal; then the breathing frequency is obtained by way of the counting algorithm module (205); upon storage of breathing frequency, amplitude, and waveform information, the wireless transmission module (207) is used to send the information to the terminal display device (208). The device uses a high-precision, high-resolution, small-size sound sensor (201). By means of the device being wearable, deep breathing parameters are continuously monitored, and the device is not subject to limitations of region and time; the quantized breathing parameters can provide to a tested person or a training specialist a basis for accurate assessment, thus improving the effects of psychological or physiological training.</p> |
