The present invention relates to a crack forming apparatus of a magnetic field shielding material. According to the present invention, the crack forming apparatus of a magnetic field shielding material forms atypical cracks on at least one surface among a front surface and a rear surface of a soft metal magnetic plate having a permeability of 5000-150000 to manufacture a magnetic field shielding material. The crack forming apparatus comprises: at least one pair of crushing rollers rotating while facing each other; a plurality of crushing protrusions formed on the surface of at least one pair of crushing rollers; and a driving member rotating at least one pair of crushing rollers. According to the present invention, since the atypical crack penetrating a front and a rear surface of the soft metal magnetic plate is formed, an advantage capable of manufacturing the magnetic field shielding material securing expansion of an available frequency band and an increase in shielding force when compared with an existing magnetic field shielding material is obtained.
