The present invention relates to a hydrostatic test device for a high pressure turbine, which comprises: a plurality of feeding holes having a groove portion formed with a greater diameter in upper or lower casings of a high pressure turbine; and sealing members fitted into the feeding holes. The sealing members are respectively fixated on the feeding holes of upper or lower casings to simply perform a hydrostatic test. For a hydrostatic test, the sealing members are easily coupled and separated. Unlike the past, the sealing members to seal the feeding holes need not handle a pipe installed for supporting inside the casings to shorten operation time for a hydrostatic test.
