<p>The present invention relates to a cooking method for stir-fried vegetable. According to one aspect of the present invention, the cooking method for stir-fried vegetable comprises: a glass noodle soaking and ingredients cutting step of soaking glass noodles in water and cutting ingredients into 5 to 7 cm long pieces; a precooking step of heating the ingredients for precooking in a heat resistant container with embossing at the bottom and steam holes that can discharge internal steam to the outside while maintaining air tightness between a cap and a main body; an ingredients placing step of putting the glass noodles and the ingredients in the heat resistant container, while making sure that the ingredients taking the longest cooking time at the bottom; a high temperature heating step of closing the cap of the heat resistant container and applying high temperature heat to the heat resistant container while the steam holes are open; a steam discharge checking step of checking whether the steam is discharged from the steam holes; and a seasoning mixing step of adding seasonings to the ingredients.</p> |
