The present invention relates to a vertical shaft wind power generator with a rotary blade and, more specifically, to a vertical shaft wind power generator with a rotary blade capable of improving power generation efficiency by using both lift and drag of a rotary blade as rotary power by forming a corresponding angle by freely rotating the rotary blade within a set range of a stopper according to the direction of wind, having a simple structure, being easily installed, and reducing occurrence of a noise. According to the present invention, the vertical shaft wind power generator with a rotary blade comprises: a first disc; a second disc arranged in parallel at a distance away from the first disc; a plurality of blade rotary shafts arranged along the circumference of the first disc and the second disc, and passing through the first disc and the second disc to connect each other; a rotor rotary shaft passing through the center of the first disc and the second disc to connect each other; and a plurality of rotary blades including an arbor hole into which each blade rotary shaft is inserted, and a stopper which is a groove in the form of an act wherein the arbor hole is the center and a distance with the arbor hole is a radius, wherein curvature of one side is larger than curvature of the other side, and automatically rotating according to the direction of wind.
