The problem of the present invention is to provide an herbal extract composition that in itself has a refreshing sweetness, and a method for producing the same. The present invention provides a liquid composition that comprises 60 mg/L or more of naringin and 240 mg/L or more of hesperidin and is obtained by immersing herbs selected from the flower petals, buds, and leaves of trees in an aqueous ethanol solution. |
