PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in response processing at a support center to an inquiry about failure of a peripheral device connected to an information processor.SOLUTION: An information processor that is connected communicably to a recovery support server and a peripheral device comprises: information obtaining means for obtaining first information corresponding to a state of the information processor and for communicating with the peripheral device to obtain second information corresponding to a state of the peripheral device; diagnosis information generating means for diagnosing a state of failure occurring in the information processor on the basis of the first information and the second information to generate diagnosis information on diagnosis results; transmitting means for transmitting the diagnosis information to the recovery support server; receiving means for receiving identification information corresponding to the diagnosis information from the recovery support server; and output means for outputting the identification information.
