<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce correction work burden during stop recovery by avoiding mismatch of electric energy, in a power system supervisory control system where a protection and control device is constituted of multiple series.SOLUTION: An A system protection and control device 2-1a includes an electric energy comparison unit 26a for comparing the electric energy data measured by itself with the electric energy data measured by a B system protection and control device 2-1b, and determining whether or not the difference of both electric energy data exceeds a threshold, and a data transmission processing unit 24a for determining the electric energy data measured by itself as an equivalent electric energy, when the difference of electric energy data does not exceed a threshold, and transmitting the comparison result data 200-1a, obtained by giving the equivalent flag data in addition to the equivalent electric energy, to a B system protection and control device 2-1b. The B system protection and control device 2-1b includes an electric energy equivalent processing unit 28b performing equivalent processing by overwriting the electric energy data of the B system protection and control device 2-1b with the equivalent electric energy, on the basis of the equivalent flag information of the comparison result data.</p> |
