<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable manufacturing of a translucent-type film vibration sound absorption/insulation wall for road and railroad having a high sound absorption characteristic, by using an upside-improved translucent-type film vibration sound absorption/insulation wall.SOLUTION: In the upside-improved translucent-type film vibration sound absorption/insulation wall, a translucent-type film vibration sound absorption plate 8 is disposed on both the sound source side and sound absorption side of an upside translucent-type film vibration sound absorber 4 of a translucent-type film vibration sound absorption/insulation wall, and a transparent-resin-made sound insulation plate 9 is disposed in the center part of the upside translucent-type film vibration sound absorber 4. A continuous-bubble-type elastic foam sound absorption material 7 included in a Teflon (R) bag is lined inside a steel-plate-made side wall 10 of the upside translucent-type film vibration sound absorber 4, and a top sound absorber 3 including a continuous-bubble-type elastic foam sound absorption material 7 included in a Teflon (R) bag is disposed at the uppermost part.</p> |
