PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition with high safety which can alleviate gastric mucosal disorder induced by a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, such as indomethacin, and to provide pharmaceuticals with high safety which can inhibit (prevent or treat) peptic ulcer.SOLUTION: The invention can mitigate gastric mucosal disorder by a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug containing sacran which is a polysaccharide extracted from Aphanothece sacrum which is edible blue-green algae, and further provides a solution composition for oral administration which can significantly inhibit a development of gastric ulcer. The gastric mucosal disorder alleviation effect or gastric ulcer inhibitory effect by the solution composition of the invention has an optimum concentration, and can be excellently exhibited by using sacran in the optimum concentration.
