a silicone-containing composition, comprising
a first region having a first refractive index; anda second region having a second refractive index different than the first refractive index; wherein:
the silicone-containing composition comprises a first composition having the first refractive index and corresponding to the first region; and a second composition having the second refractive index and corresponding to the second region, the second composition being different than the first composition;the first composition has a first concentration of a material and the second composition has a second concentration of a material different than the first concentration; andat least one of the material of the first composition and the material of the second composition comprises lamellar features or at least one of irregularly shaped and cylindrical features.
