Provided are: a filter cigarette which enables the prevention of the contamination of tobacco smoke with foreign matters such as pollens while ensuring good air flow, and which also enables the prevention of the exudation of a flavoring agent released from capsules having the flavoring agent encapsulated therein to the chip paper side when the capsules are included in a cigarette filter; a cigarette filter; and wrapping paper for use in a cigarette filter. A filter cigarette (1) is provided with a tobacco part (2) which is produced by wrapping tobacco leaf strips (21) by roll paper (22) and a filter part (3) which is connected to one end of the tobacco part and comprises filter materials (41, 42), wherein the filter part comprises pieces of wrapping paper (51, 52) each of which wraps the filter materials and is made from a nanofiber sheet. |
