<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for temporary fixing, allowing even not a special expert to perform a temporarily fixing processing, and enabling also automatization, in view of the fact that there is needed a worker having a skilled degree in order to evenly apply a proper amount of an adhesive agent to a pedestal or a processing member in a method for fixing a processing member onto a pedestal with an adhesive agent, and since the work relies on human labor such as this, automatization of processing is difficult.SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet for temporary fixing, having an adhesive agent as the main component is used in any of processing methods of sequentially loading the adhesive sheet for temporary fixing and a processing member on a pedestal, and heating in the middle or after loading followed by cooling so as to fix the processing member to the pedestal, and processing the processing members followed by peeling the processing member from the pedestal, and washing with a melting solution, or melting the adhesive sheet for temporary fixing with a melting solution so as to remove the processing member from the pedestal. The adhesive sheet for temporary fixing has a sheet-like core material made of a porous material comprising a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric.</p> |
