<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device, a liquid discharge method, and a program for printing which suppress deterioration of image quality.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device includes: a conveying part which conveys a medium in a conveying direction; a first nozzle array; a second nozzle array arranged on a downstream side of the conveying direction from the first nozzle array; and a control part which forms dots on the medium by discharging a liquid from a nozzle included in the first nozzle array and a nozzle included in the second nozzle array while conveying the medium by the conveying part, and prints an image based on image data. The control part carries out dot formation amount conversion processing for increasing a dot formation amount in the conveying direction without increasing a dot formation amount in an intersecting direction to the image data, and prints the image based on the image data which is subjected to the dot formation amount conversion processing.</p> |
