The invention relates to a security and surveillance system based on intelligent mobile devices of the type that can communicate with a wide-area network, such as the Internet or a telephone network, that can load and execute an operating procedure in the form of a downloadable application or module and that can be equipped with services such as a screen, camera, GPS, e.g. smartphones, tablets, GPS, etc.; in which said module includes procedures for enabling and providing access to telephone services and two-way communication with a remote control centre or a specific user via the Internet. In addition, the module, or different modules, includes different security procedures that link the device with a security database containing geolocated data that adapt responses to emergencies using protocol-based procedures. |
