An interface operation method and terminal. The method comprises: detecting whether a touchscreen of a terminal is in an oblique state by means of a gravity sensor or a gyroscope in the terminal, the oblique state referring to that the touchscreen has an oblique angle within a preset range in a preset direction or has an acceleration or displacement within a preset range in a preset direction; when it is detected that the touchscreen of the terminal is in the oblique state, shifting a part of a first interface or the whole first interface where a user is currently located on a screen of the touchscreen according to the oblique state of the touchscreen and a preset rule, so as to obtain a second interface, the second interface being an interface obtained after the part of the first interface or the whole first interface is shifted; and receiving an operation performed by the user on the second interface, and restoring the shifted part of the first interface or the whole shifted first interface to a pre-shifting position after the operation performed by the user on the second interface is completed. |
