STEEL PIPE BUNDLE COMPOSITE STRUCTURED SYSTEM FOR USE IN INDUSTRIALIZED RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Disclosed is a steel pipe bundle composite structured system for use in an industrialized residential building, formed by connecting steel pipe bundle composite structured components and H-shaped steel beams or box beams or short steel pipe bundle composite structured components. The steel pipe bundle composite structured components and the short steel pipe bundle composite structured components are constituted by a steel pipe bundle assembly. The overall shape of the steel pipe bundle assembly is either of the following: a C-shape, an I-shape, a Z-shape, a T-shape, a cross-shape or an L-shape. The steel pipe bundle assembly is constituted by multiple steel pipe units sequentially connected. The steep pipe units are provided with cavities. A concrete is casted into the cavities. Components and parts of the present invention allow for standardized design, industrial production, construction by assembly, and information management; conventional construction site workers are converted into industrial workers, thus allowing for greatly conserved labor, reduced labor intensity, increased production efficiency, accelerated construction speed, increased engineering quality, and extended building service life.
