The present invention relates to an integrated inverter which is an integrated inverter used for a solar cell containing a solar cell panel comprising: a terminal connected to the solar cell panel; a bypass diode electrically connected to the terminal; and inverter members including a DC-AC inverter electrically connected to the bypass diode. At least one of the terminal or the bypass diode can be integrated with the DC-AC inverter.
