PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job seeking/recruitment support system capable of presenting a combination satisfactory for both a job-seeking medical doctor and a recruiting medical institution.SOLUTION: A job seeking/recruitment support system includes: a database 6 which stores ability information of a medical doctor, medical examination information of a medical institution, etc.; a medical doctor evaluation means 7 which calculate a weak point ranking and a strong point ranking, in a specialized field of the medical doctor; a medical institution evaluation means 8 which calculates a weak point ranking and a strong point ranking of the number of cases for each specialized field of a medical institution; and a matching calculation means 9 which determines a weighting score based on the weak point ranking and the strong point ranking evaluated by the medical doctor evaluation means, and the weak point ranking and strong point ranking evaluated by the medical institution evaluation means, and calculates a degree of matching related to a specialty used as a measure for a desirable matching. |
