PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time lasting till a new participating node device comes to be able to receive stream data in a video distribution system which performs stream distribution by P2P.SOLUTION: In a video distribution system which provides a stream distribution service to a node device, a new participating node device participating newly in a stream distribution service transmits a participation request to node devices in a predetermined range. When the node device which received the participation request can distribute the stream distribution service, the node device returns a participation response corresponding to the participation request to the new participating node device. The new participating node device transmits a stream distribution request to the node device which returned the participation response corresponding to the participation request first. |
