PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for warning collision of a vehicle which is not interfered with an obstacle nor affected by presence of sun's light.SOLUTION: A signal that notifies position and state of an own vehicle is detected, and a signal that reports position and state of a target vehicle is received. Signals are respectively converted to a speed. A relative speed and a relative position of a vehicle after a time interval are acquired. In a case where it is determined that a normal distance from the own vehicle to a line representing direction of the relative speed is minimum and being a warning distance or less, a driver of the own vehicle receives warning.
