<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition for forming an optical film, which gives a cured product that is excellent in heat resistance and flexure resistance and has a low in-plane retardation value and no appearance failure such as bubbles, and an optical film obtained from the composition.SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable composition for forming an optical film or sheet comprises the following components (A) and/or (B), and (C) in specific percentages, and gives a cured product having a Tg of 120°C or higher and a water absorptivity of 2.0% or less. The components are: (A) a reaction product between a (meth)acrylate polymer having a group reactive with COOH or OH in a side chain, and a compound (a2) having COOH or OH and a (meth)acryloyl group; (B) a reaction product between a (meth)acrylate polymer comprising the compound (a2) as a structural monomer and having COOH or OH in a side chain, and a compound having a (meth)acryloyl group and a group reactive with COOH or OH; and (C) a compound having two or more unsaturated groups.</p> |
