<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill that can improve combustion properties of a burner by making a flow of a combustion exhaust gas as good as possible, and prevent flames from overflowing from an exhaust port in case of firing in a grill box.SOLUTION: A grill 1 includes a gas flue 3 which guides a combustion exhaust gas of a burner 2 from a grill box 10 to an exhaust port 31. A lower shield plate 5 which extends upward from a bottom face 33 of the gas flue 3 is provided at a gas flue intake 32, and an intake 51 for introducing the combustion exhaust gas into the gas flue 3 is formed between an upper end of the lower shield plate 5 and a ceiling part 11 of the grill box 10. An upper shield plate 6 which extends downwards from a ceiling part 34 of the gas flue 3 is provided behind a temperature sensor 4 installed in the gas flue 3 behind the lower shield plate 5, and a circulation port 61 for the combustion exhaust gas is formed between a lower end of the upper shield plate 6 and the bottom face 33 of the gas flue 3. A wide-area space S such that a front-rear interval "w" between the lower shield plate 5 and the upper shield plate 6 is longer than a vertical width 32h of the gas flue intake 32, is formed between the lower shield plate 5 and the upper shield plate 6.</p> |
