<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device capable of easily grasping a liquid ejection state of a whole liquid discharge range, and further to provide a printing system and a liquid discharge method.SOLUTION: A controller of liquid discharge device causes a first pattern to be formed on a medium by using a first head group including a first head and a head other than the first head out of a plurality of heads disposed in a first direction of a head unit and causes a second pattern to be formed on the medium by using a second head group including the first head and the head located at a position different from that of the head included in the first head group in the first direction. In read data obtained by reading the first pattern and the second pattern, in the case where conditions to the effect that a pattern formed by the first head is included in the first pattern and the second pattern and colors of liquid used for forming the first pattern and colors of liquid used for forming the second pattern are all the same are not satisfied, the controller determines right and wrong of adequacy of the read data to be wrong.</p> |
