PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring member which can be wired even to a narrow and thin space, and further easily wired even to a movable position and to a bent position.SOLUTION: A wiring member includes: a coaxial flat cable 10 having a plurality of coaxial cables 30 and a resin film 41 which is adhered to at least one parallel surface of the plurality of coaxial cables 30 arranged in a planar fashion and maintains a parallel state of the plurality of coaxial cables 30; and has a non-laminated part 40 on which the resin film 41 does not exist extending over the width direction at least on one position of the longitudinal direction of the coaxial flat cable 10.
