<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make vibration of a motor difficult to be transmitted to a grip part of an operation rod and make an operator who grips the grip part of the operation rod hardly get tired due to vibration.SOLUTION: A work machine 10 includes: an operation rod 11 having a grip part which is gripped by a worker; a motor 20 mounted on a rear end part of the operation rod 11; a rotary tool 32 mounted on a front end part of the operation rod 11 and rotated by the motor 20; and a power transmission shaft 12 rotationally supported inside the operation rod 11 and transmitting the drive of the motor 20 to the rotary tool 32. A mount frame 40 where the motor 20 is mounted, is integrally fixed to a back end part of the operation rod 11. The mount frame 40 is provided with elastic members 43, 44 supporting the motor 20 in a vibration isolation state.</p> |
