A quest based interleaved wagering system is disclosed. The system includes an interactive controller configured to: receive one or more available quests; communicate, to the application controller, a selected quest; receive a wager outcome based on the communication of the selected quest; communicate, to the application controller, an indication that the selected quest is completed; and receive an application resource. The system also includes a wager controller constructed to: receive a wager request; determine the wager outcome; and communicate the wager outcome. The system also includes the application controller operatively connecting the interactive controller and the wager controller and constructed to: communicate, to the interactive controller, the one or more available quests; receive the selected quest; communicate the wager request; receive the wager outcome; communicate, to the interactive controller, the wager outcome; receive the indication that the selected quest is completed; and communicate, to the interactive controller, the application resource. |
