<p>The seating/reclining insert for push carriages, especially infant carriages, comprises a chassis (12) which has a seating chassis part (30), a backrest chassis part (28) that can be swiveled with respect to its tilt relative to the seating chassis part (30) and a foot chassis part (34) that can be likewise swiveled relative to the seating chassis part (30). The chassis (12) further comprises a frame (62) on which coupling elements (18) for mechanically connecting the chassis (12) to the push carriage are swivelably arranged and that is coupled to the seating chassis part (30) and the backrest chassis part (28) via a first and a second pair of connecting links (70, 74) which are arranged on the chassis (12). The insert further comprises a releasable locking device (84) for locking and unlocking the frame (62) on or from the seating chassis part (30). The chassis (12) can be transferred into seated position, in which the seating chassis part (30) and the backrest chassis part (28) extend at an angle to each other, by locking the frame (62) on the seating chassis part (30), and into a reclining position, in which the seating chassis part (30) and the backrest chassis part (28) are in a common, substantially straight reclining plane, when the locking device is released.</p> |
