Disclose is a light source module capable of reducing manufacturing costs by simple configuration and manufacturing processes. The light source module includes a circuit board, at least one light emitting diode chip which is mounted on the circuit board by flip chip bonding or surface mount technology (SMT), and a lens which is formed on the circuit substrate and surrounds the light emitting diode chip. The lens has an upper surface with at least one curvature structure. Therefore, the present invention has a wide light directional angle in a chip level and reduces costs by simplifying configuration. Also, the present invention prevents defects due to Ag and a housing by removing Ag and the housing of a general light emitting device and can improve yield. |
