Provided are a method for repairing a thin film transistor, a device including a repaired thin film transistor, and an organic light emitting display. According to a method for repairing a thin film transistor, the thin film transistor includes a semiconductor layer which includes a source region, a drain region, and a first channel and a second channel which are connected in parallel between the source region and the drain region, and a gate electrode which is overlapped with the first channel and at least prat of the second channel. The error of the thin film transistor is inspected. In the first channel and the second channel, an error channel which is short-circuited with the gate electrode is distinguished. The error channel is separated from the source region. The error channel is separated from the drain region.
